The Estate has a diverse and adaptable venue hire capacity and can provide a plethora of options for those seeking to hold an event at this historic rural Wiltshire location. We have everything from parklands overlooked by a well kept arboretum, a Christmas tree nursery, an airstrip, woodlands, tree-lined avenues, farmland, waterways, ponds, conservation areas, wildflower meadows, buildings for backdrops (everything from historic walled gardens to cottages, industrial farming, commercial and even undeveloped disused), country house stable yard, haha’s and driveways through the Park with breathtaking views. WOMAD

Our largest event each year is WOMAD held on the last weekend in July. 2022 marks the 40th anniversary of WOMAD, after a two break due to the global pandemic. WOMAD is a festival that champions global arts, culture and has a programme of acts, events, workshops and experiences to feed the mind and the body!

Sporting Events  

We play host to a range of sporting and countryside activities at the Estate from Bikejoring to simulated shooting and competitive obstacle races.  

The Charlton Park Estate Conference Room

Our conference room is available for hire on a full and half day hire as well as hourly. The conference room is located in a beautifully newly renovated part of the estate easily accessed from the M4 and Malmesbury.

The conference room offers a variety of set-ups available. Free wifi, large screen for video presentations, flip-chart with desks and chairs for meetings or you can opt for the room to be empty. The conference room has bathroom facilities that have disabled access adjacent to the meeting room and entrance vestibule. The conference room capacity is up to 20 seated/standing or less depending on requirements for desks.
